We had a fantastic stay at a cozy hotel in Nuwara Eliya. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our comfort. Our spacious room had a stunning view and the Sri Lankan breakfast served was absolutely delicious. The manager, Asitha Bandara, was exceptionally helpful in giving us tips and helping us plan our sightseeing adventures. The value for money was outstanding. highly recommended!

The hotel staff were friendly, charming, and polite. Exceptional customer service. Spacious, well-maintained rooms. Beautiful balcony views. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Stunning hotel garden.

Stunning views and great amenities the location of the hotel was perfect, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the amenities available in the hotel were also top-notch, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
Unprofessional service and hygiene issues the service provided by the staff was unprofessional, and they seemed to lack proper training. the hotel also had hygiene issues, with dead bugs scattered around the rooms and slow service at mealtimes.

The hotel had a lovely ambience and wonderful facilities that matched its convenient location. the spacious rooms were well-maintained and provided beautiful views of the surrounding area. the friendly and polite staff offered exceptional customer service and were always eager to assist with anything we needed. the breakfast was mouth-watering and catered to many different tastes, and the colourfully decorated garden offered a serene space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
Although the hotel was difficult to locate at night, the excellent location and helpful security staff made up for it.

I loved my stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was great, from the rooms to the facilities. The hotel had good transportation options nearby and parking was easily available. Location was perfect with beautiful mountain views. Staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast had a wide variety and was included in the stay.
